The roles of the cast responsible for all of your well-being while you are with us:

Front Desk: receptionists and bellboys responsible for serving you on your arrival, on your departure and on your needs during your stay among us, including information about the city.

Housekeeping: the team of governance, maids and housekeepers responsible for it all being clean and neat in your room and in social areas.

Food & Beverages: the kitchen staff and room service, restaurant and scotch bar, cooks, waiters and maids, preparing your breakfast, afternoon tea and meeting your requests for food and drinking during your stay among us.

Maintenance & Surveillance: the team that makes sure that everything works well for your comfort, including your car in our parking lot.

Management: the team that takes care of reservations, planning, administration, general coordination and directions for the whole cast to play their roles and tasks to enchant you.
